It may be difficult for all of us to understand that everything is yoga. Over time we gain much experience and understanding and begin to realize that our yoga practice becomes our way of life.
It is rewarding to practice just the yoga postures, but including the aspect of mindfulness in your practice will bring you profound benefits. The true power of yoga comes when we combine movement with awareness of breath and focused attention to bring our experience fully into the present moment. Then worry, fear and stress disappear. Mind and body become clear, relaxed and refreshed.
