Yoga and Meditation
Integrate the practices of yoga movement and meditation to experience greater focus, clarity, calmness, and peace of mind.

You can use your computer, smartphone, or tablet for the retreat. All you need is a spot to lay out a yoga mat or a floor that is soft enough to be on your knees and on your back. Also, have blankets, cushions, or a chair available for your comfort during seated meditation.

Fee: $35 (paid online with registration)

**Be sure to include your email address and name in the notes section with your payment. Please register by 5:00 pm CDT on the Friday before.
After I receive your registration I will send you an email (by Friday evening) with all the information needed to join the retreat online.
